For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
We keep record of personal data of all third parties which register themselves with us: (potential) funding members, startups, students, partners and others who have shown an interest in our activities.

– giving you the opportunity to create or maintain your account
Personal data that we (may) process
We obtain your personal data only because you have provided such data to us, either by mail, email, telephone, through registration via our website. Your personal data may include your first and last name, your sex, date and place of birth, your adress, phone number, email, your IP adress and bank account number. We are very aware that you have provided such data only to enable us to render our services to you and we will use these data accordingly.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We will share personal data with any third party if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Special and / or sensitive personal data
We render our services only to people of age: you should be 18 years or older. Although we cannot check the age of our visitors, we do not intend to collect data of website visitors who are younger than 16 years.

Newsletters and email
If you have provided your email address to us as a subscriber to our newsletter, or as Funding Member, Startup, Student Partners or any other intereseted party, you will be informed by e-mail about our services, our projects, and the results thereof, to ask for your support, or to contact you.
If you no longer wish to receive our mails, you can simply unsubscribe from these e-mails at any time via the unsubscribe option, which is included at the bottom of every email message you receive or via our contact form.

We Share uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. In order to ensure the genuinety of such request, we kindly request you to attach a copy of your identity document to your request. To protect your privacy please make your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport, passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) illegible in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will reply respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
